About shipment :

1.If buyer want to change address or other shipping way, please contact seller before order.
2.Usually your order will be sent by the shipping way you choosed, if that shipping way not available to your address, seller will contact you to change other way.

About return & refund :

1.we accept return and refund, if its product quality issue, seller will pay the return shipping cost; if its other reasons, need buyer pay the return shipping cost.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at customercare@giftech.co.uk with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
